Hannah fell in love with fitness at a young age. You could find her in her living room at 12 years old bouncing around to her mom’s 80’s aerobic videos. 

Always self motivated in her fitness journey, she couldn’t find the right fit in the group fitness community. Until she took her first rhythmic based cycle class in 2016. She was hooked and became an instructor in 2017. 

 

In Hannah’s classes, you’ll find yourself in an atmosphere of empowerment. She believes in the power of togetherness, the power of music, and the power of motivation. Music and movement are healing. 

 

Ride in Hannah’s class for all the feels and powerful beat drops. You’ll leave with the encouragement to thrive through every single challenge. 

 

Hannah is a dog mom to Ollie and Nellie, an artist and a songwriter. When she isn’t on the bike or running the studio (come say HI!) you can find her writing music, traveling to Nashville, or hanging with her besties and boyfriend.
