"It is good to love many things, for therein lies the true strength, and whosoever loves much performs much and can accomplish much, and what is done in love is well done."
Vincent Van Gogh
Caroline grew up competing in dance competitions all over the country. She spent her summers in New York City and Los Angeles training with the best of the industry. When we say this girl can MOVE, we mean it! She continued her dance career throughout college on the University of Alabama Dance Team. After graduation, she packed up and moved to the Shoals.
Caroline took one cycle class at Grit and was hooked. She quickly became certified in Barre, serving a challenging workout on the mat, then made her way to the podium.
“Grit has allowed me to utilize so many skills I have acquired from dance in a way I never thought possible. But the main reason I felt so drawn to Grit is the people. I was longing for that team atmosphere again, to be challenged and motivated by those around me, and to have a space that allows me to escape, feel free, empowered and inspired.”
Along with fitness, she has a passion for interior design and hair and make up.
When she isn't on the podium or the mat, Caroline is either hanging at home or traveling with her husband, Mitch. They have two fur babies, Tipsy and Murray.
