GRIT CYCLE SCULPT
This class is your chance to ignite your entire body for 50 minutes of heart pumping riding, incorporating weights, resistance bands and/or bodyweight exercises off the bike, for a high energy bootcamp style workout. (Please note: You can wear your spin shoes throughout the entire class.)
This class is perfect for the busy bee fitness enthusiast. Spend 30 minutes pumping those legs on the bike.
Grit Foundation focuses on raising the heart rate. While our other strength classes include set times for each station, foundation is based purely on how long it takes you to make it through the posted workout. It’s up to you how hard you want to go!
Looking to build lean muscle, increase strength, and burn calories? Grit Strength is perfect for you! We have designed this interval/circuit training class to not only torch calories, but to sculpt and tone the entire body. This class will utilize TRX suspension straps, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and body weight to provide a rewarding workout.
Get ready to move through a maximum of 5 stations. This class features multiple training tools and High Intensity Intervals built on strong focused movements, guaranteed to be insanely fun but leave you in an “out of breath, sweaty, muscle quivering heap” Which is (let’s be honest) exactly what you came for!
Grit Barre puts a functional spin on barre technique. Class begins with a vigorous full body warm-up then moves on to exercises that target the glutes and quads. After barre work, the class moves to center work for additional strength training to test and challenge balance, stamina, and muscle control. The class ends with floor work to re-target the core, arms, glutes, and quads before cooling down with dynamic stretches. Modifications are given throughout class for those with any physical limitations.

The perfect option to get a great burn in quickly and effectively. Get ready for Grit's signature barre class – condensed to just 40 minutes to better fit your schedule!
GRIT CORE CONDITIONING
Movement Training focused on strength and conditioning with an emphasis on abdominals/core. Speed, strength, explosive, agility, and conditioning-based drills are applied.
GRIT MOVE FREELY
This class combines both strength and flexibility training to improve your overall mobility and range of motion. No experience is necessary, all levels welcome.
HEATED STRENGTH & STRETCH
Come prepared to sweat in this class that combines continuous strengthening yoga movements with stretches to leave you feeling stronger and open in your body.
This cycle and strength combo class combines an intense 30-minute cycle class with 30 minutes off-the-bike strength training targeting all the muscles you don’t use when you cycle. The class combines upper body, core, and lower body exercises so you leave a little bit stronger than when you came...and definitely feeling the effects of a full body workout.
RIDE & FLOW
Spend 30 minutes pumping those legs on the bike followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga. The class will end by holding deep stretches and restorative postures for longer periods of time, leaving you feeling completely renewed.
