Cass is originally from Nashville, TN, moved to Fort Worth, Texas and now has landed in the Shoals area with her husband Jeremy and their dogs Tripp and Finn. She’s a former 5th grade teacher turned fitness enthusiast. Her love for fitness came when she realized it was the only time of the day when her brain would completely settle down to let her just “be.” When Cass and her husband moved to Texas he encouraged her to take a step back from teaching and jump into the fitness industry full time. So, in 2019 she left the comfort of a salary career to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Coming from a dance background, Cass quickly fell in love with cycling. For her, it’s more than just a workout. It’s an entire mind, body, soul experience. You’ll find that in her classes she will completely take you to the edge- to the point where you realize that you can push past anything, to realize that you are in fact strong enough to withstand anything all while dancing on a bike.

She has a serious addiction to Chips and Salsa (like… it was in her wedding vows). Running is her least favorite type of cardio yet she has completed 2 half marathons. Other than Spin, lifting weights is her favorite form of exercise. If she’s not at the gym, you can find her with her husband and 2 dogs at the local brewery.
