AT HOME WORKOUTS

Ever since we opened our doors September 25th 2018,  we've been committed to delivering you remarkable classes and a supportive "home" to achieve your personal goals in total mind and body wellness. The circumstances have certainly changed, but our mission hasn't.

 

We are so excited to offer you a LIVE-stream version of our classes. Tune in to stay connected with your Grit family! Our strength as a community knows no bounds. We know we can get to the other side of this if we do it together.

We are full of gratitude from all of the support we have received from our riders the last couple of days. Many have been asking how they can help support our Grit team during this uncertain time and we cannot express our appreciation enough. If you are enjoying the at-home workouts, and feel led, we humbly ask you to consider contributing a $5-$10 donation per workout. This is not required, but just another way to support us if you feel inclined. We appreciate your support from the bottom of our hearts!
